The Billing page (labeled Pricing plans in the app) shows your current plan and everything included. Sbit offers flexible, scalable plans you can update at any time - with a free tier that includes full export, import, and migration capabilities at no monthly cost.
Open Billing from the app navigation to view available plans. The page header reads Pricing plans with the subtitle: "Flexible and scalable plans. Update at any time." A help icon next to the title opens additional billing guidance when available.
The default plan is Free at $0.00/month. No Shopify subscription charge is required for this tier. The plan card shows:
The Free button on the card indicates your active plan. When you are on the free tier, no payment method is needed to use export, import, scheduled backups, or migration jobs.
The right side of the plan card lists everything included with the free plan. Each item is marked with a green checkmark in the app:
This covers store data exports (products, orders, customers, content, discounts, markets, catalogs), unlimited migration jobs, all-in-one ZIP export and import, detailed job reports with retries, and downloadable failure reports in CSV and JSON. Lifetime free for all features means core backup and migration tools remain available without a paid upgrade for standard use.
